Chris Sellars
Chris is a chartered accountant with a broad range of commercial experience. He has had roles as a:
- Corporate finance partner in a leading Yorkshire accounting practice
- Associate in an international bank
- Managing director of SME business following MBO
- Finance director of an international business
Chris’s broad range of experience, including completing an MBO and owning and running an SME business, brings hands-on experience to support his advice.

Matt Milnes
Matt is a chartered accountant who took the decision to move into corporate finance from an audit and accounts background.
Over the years, he has worked on multiple different transactions, across all fields and sizes of corporate finance including distressed funding and business support.
Along with regional practices, Matt spent 2 years working in the corporate team at Lloyds Bank, looking after a small portfolio of clients with turnovers ranging from £25M to £460M.

Mikel Aguirre
At age 25, Mikel founded Efergy in China, which then grew to Australia, UK, Spain and America. In few years it became one of the first IoT providers and a leading company in the home energy sector.
With international experience in operations and executive management at technology and software companies, Mikel has broad experience in product differentiation, strategic planning and business development.
