The Mindshop principle is to provide support using a facilitated methodology rather than a consulting methodology (where our clients arrive at the answers rather than us dictating the solutions) in areas such as strategy, leadership, growth and profit. 

This model has a number of advantages:

  • Improves the probability of successfully implementing any changes required in the business by looking at the change success model

This is supported by regular strategy and review meetings by a Cicerone facilitator to ensure that our clients’ plans and strategies are kept on track and that they are utilising and selecting the right tools for their business.

Using a myriad of proven business and personal tools during facilitation, it provides valuable structure to the conversations undertaken with our clients in order to draw out clever ideas, dig deeper on matters and think outside the box.
